Marks become results your head signs off
Teachers enter a mark once. The head of department approves it, the head gives the final word, and the division is computed from what they approved. You decide when families see it.
- NECTA arithmetic, applied for you. Seven subjects to a CSEE division; three principals and a subsidiary to an ACSEE one, with General Studies counted as NECTA counts it.
- A held result says so. Where the council is holding or has cancelled a result, the card says so rather than printing a division.

One fee record your office keeps, however families pay
One invoice per pupil per term. Your office records what arrives at the counter, by bank transfer or by mobile money, and a numbered receipt comes out. Upload a bank or M-Pesa statement and each line lands on the invoice it paid.

All built from the records your school already keeps.
Families
Parents and pupils sign in on the phone they already own and see results the moment you release them, one account however many children they have.
Timetable
Place lessons against your bell schedule and set exam sittings with rooms and invigilators. A double booking is refused, naming the clash.
Payroll
PAYE, NSSF, WCF and SDL to the shilling, prepared and approved by four named people. Your school releases the money at its own bank.
Government returns
The NECTA candidate list, subject entries and the TAMISEMI census come out as CSV, every missing candidate number named. Your staff files them through the official portal.
A leaver takes a transcript an employer can check
It carries a serial and a seal, and anyone can confirm it on your own web address without an account.
