Ask your institution anything. It answers from the records.
An add-on on any plan. It works inside Shule Fanisi, on the attendance, results and fees you already keep, and follows each reader's existing permissions.
One school day with it
Four things people put to it, and what came back.
07:30
The head
“What needs me this morning?”
Two mark sheets waiting, the oldest twenty days. A leave request from yesterday. One data request due in seven days.
10:15
A subject teacher
“Draft remarks for Form 4 A from the terminal marks.”
Forty-two remarks from each pupil's own marks, ready to edit before any reach a report card.
14:00
A Form 2 student
“I'm stuck on 3x + 7 = 22.”
It asks what happens if seven is taken from both sides. It knows the answer and never gives it.
16:30
A class teacher
“A note to Neema's mother about the balance.”
A draft carrying the figure from the invoice, which goes when the teacher sends it.
When it matters, it brings a person
A learner who says something that suggests they are unsafe is not answered by software. A named adult is told, and the conversation ends there.

It begins without a name
An external model may take personal data outside Tanzania, so it works at the least-identifying level a question needs.
- AggregateThe default
- The pattern in a class rather than a person. Most questions begin here.
- PseudonymisedWhen someone needs attention
- The model sees an identifier and the records; the name returns only in the answer, to an authorised person.
- IdentifiedOff until the institution enables it
- One learner's record, opened deliberately, after your institution records its lawful basis.
It works from the syllabus and the materials your institution has the right to use. A copyrighted examination paper is not free training material.
Built with the lines drawn in
These are not settings anyone can pay to remove. No hidden “override” tier, and the same lines apply to every institution.
People remain responsible for learner decisions
Grading, streaming, discipline and exclusion stay with a person, and the record says who decided.
Existing permissions always apply
Every answer follows the permissions the reader already has.
Your institution's records remain private
They stay yours, and are never used as training data for anybody else's product.
You set what it may do and what it may spend
Your head and data-protection officer decide which uses are on, and a monthly ceiling per person keeps the spend visible.
An add-on on any plan
Every month brings an allowance of questions, and more can be bought when you want them. Your institution switches it on, and can switch it off.
Ask it something about your own institution
Register, put your records in, and put the first question to it in the same week.
