Admissions, the classroom, finance and the family at home all touch the same student. When each office keeps its own version, people spend their week reconciling records instead of helping. Each institution's data is its own. Nobody at another school can reach it, each person sees only their part, and the rights the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022 gives a family are in the product rather than in a policy document.
